What is a Virtual CFO?

A Virtual CFO provides you with ongoing access to expert common-sense financial advice. You get an experienced advisor on your team — without the considerable expense of having a full time CFO.

My role as Virtual CFO is two-fold

Firstly, to help you better understand your business’s financial position, and secondly, to give you a sounding board — someone who’s forward thinking, who has your best interests at heart, with whom you can discuss complex business decisions so you can move your business forward.
